Reporting

BlueBean offers multiple angles of analysis to users.

The dashboard, accessible in the Home menu, is a daily tool that web application users land on. It offers an understanding of the card usage for a set period of time. 

The platform also offers a spend analysis capability as part of its standard reporting. Go to the reporting menu under accounting to access the spend analysis. 

There you can choose your time period for analysis, view the analysis by MCC or G/L Account and view your analysis as bar charts, are or pie.

You can focus on a specific merchant by using the supplier dropdown if you so wish.

Each category can be clicked to isolate your analysis further shall you wish.

Based on your filters all transactions that constitute your spend analysis will be shown below the chart.

If you wish to download all transactions for a set period you can do so by going to the Account Details menu under the Accounting area. Click on the Download CSV button for the period you wish to analyse and a CSV file of all transactions will be downloaded onto your computer.

Users can also use the transactions menu under accounting to perform similar extractions. By using specific filters and searches, users can click on download CSV to access the specific transactions resulting from more specific queries.
