Managing Transactions
Card administrators have full control over all the company’s transactions. As such they can update transactions in the same way as users can. See here.
Card administrators also have the ability to mark a flagged transaction as ready shall they decide to do so. This is used for forcing the syncing of transactions to the company’s accounting system as only transactions marked as “ready” can be synced.
To mark a transaction as ready, go to the Transactions menu in the Accounting Area, click on the Flagged transactions tab and click on the transaction you wish to mark as ready.
There toggle the transaction from “flagged” to “ready”.
In the same way administrators could choose to mark certain transactions as flagged manually. The same process described above applies.
Once transactions are ready, administrators can click on the “export” button at the top right to download all or selected ready transactions they wish to import into their accounting system.
To do so they choose all or selected transactions and then click on “export csv” or “export journals” to receive the appropriate format for import.
All exported transactions are available on the exported tab and can be identified with the two way arrows icon under the ready menu.
Export history can also be accessed under the Export History tab and be downloaded once again by clicking on the download button.
Note that once a transaction has been exported no changes to the transaction on BlueBean can be performed.
