Getting Started

Invited users receive an email from BlueBean to create an account on the platform. The account can be created online on their computer or a mobile phone at app.bluebean.ai or by downloading the BlueBean mobile app on the AppStore or Google Play Store.

Once the account is created, online users are prompted to download the BlueBean browser extension for online purchases.

By following the “Download the browser extension” button on the banner within the application, users will be directed to go to the Chrome Webstore to securely download the extension. After having installed the extension users shall pin the extension for it to operate automatically at online check outs, receive alerts and manage their transactions.

To use BlueBean on the go, users are encouraged to download the BlueBean application from the AppStore or Google Play Store.
