Buying from Approved Suppliers

Preferred suppliers configured in the Suppliers menu in the Controls area are immediately made available to users for online purchases via the browser extension.

To access these suppliers, open the browser extension and click on the Store icon in the far left of the bottom menu.

There you can simply click and browse by category or search what you need. 

When browsing you will be shown the web shops of the suppliers that are authorized by the company. Shall your company have specific contracts and configured their single sign on solution, you will be automatically signed in to your company’s catalog on their website.

A search prompt may return a list of preferred suppliers shall they have what you are looking for in their catalogs. Pick the supplier you wish to buy from and proceed to their site to place your order.

Shall the search not return a preferred supplier you will be offered the option to search the web. By clicking on search the web, BlueBean’s AI will perform the search and pull a list of websites that offer what you are looking for. Click on any of them to further discover and perform your purchase.

Note that buying from non approved suppliers may trigger an approval workflow function of the company’s controls and workflow configuration.
